them undesirable for registration.
A deposit of 50% of the price is required to hold any animals. Animals will be held for 60 days
from date of deposit or 60 days from date of weaning, whichever is later. Beyond that date,
buyer will be charged a feed charge of $2.50 per day per animal. Balance and all fees must be
paid prior to animals leaving Shear Perfection Ranch.
